The CAPLIGHT PICTURE EXPERIENCE was founded by LUC THIBAU. Luc was a students in Antwerp, where he studied photography at SISA. He started his professional career in the 1980s, founding his own company.

United Image was born. He built a studio in Boom, and soon business started booming with satisfied customers like 3M, Agfa Gevaert, Delhaize, GB, Hoogovens Aluminium, Pioneer, VD&P, as well as large pharmaceutical companies such as Nutricia, UpJohn.

Today's digital technology is changing at the speed of a shutter, and no professional can afford to loose sight of the new opportunities that this evolution entails. It requires innovation, new angles, a new perspective.

So after a productive and fruitful period of more than 17 years, Luc decided to zoom in on a new approach. His new INITIATIVE is called CAPLIGHT, and it captures the best of both worlds. The unique added value of the photographer's personality, decades of experience and lightning expertise on the one hand. And on the other hand, the eagerness and never ending enthusiasm to keep exploring, and to integrate the best things that digital photography has to offer.
